A Happy Chinese New Year to all my fellow Chinese friends!

Thank you Shobi for the wonderful time at your farewell party altho it was short lived, it was worth it.

Thank you Imran, ZX and Shikin's family for putting up such a lovely surprise for her and for the invitation.

Thank you best friend (even tho you're already settled in Bandong) for that one-of-the-many special outings we had yesterday, Starbux (as spelt by Zasir). I cannot wait for you to come back because just now at 11 plus at night, I overheard on the radio about that someone's company and I'm in utter shock.

Thank you boyfriend for following me all the way to Holland Village to find _____ ____, then to Borders, amidst the heavy downpour and countless bus transfers. And then accompanying me to Shobi's altho you were EXTREMELY SHY, which is NOT you.

And thank you once again for today. Ayam Penyet Ria at Lucky Plaza, where I bumped into a few bloggers, the same girls at Dirah's birthday chalet last year. Wanted to approach and say HI but figured I'd better not because I was outnumbered. Haha ok kidding. Like the boyfriend, we're very shy people, really!

Then I dragged him to Carousel at Royal Plaza (ALL OF YOU SHOULD KNOW BY NOW, IF NOT IM GONNA SLAP YOU).

No no, we did not dine there, just popped by. Tot of celebrating our anniversary there but its way over budget. But once in a while, should be ok. But then again, MCM DA KERJE GITU KANNN, pergi mkn tpt2 mahal.

After that, we took the bus to Botanic Garden. It was 14 years ago that I stepped into there and the place still takes my breath away. The weather was getting on me, let's just say I wore the wrong outfits today. Then both of us got really tired and so sat ourselves near the refreshment area. The place is filled with babies and joggers. Talked for quite a while and then made our way back out.

I jogged out. I was perspiring so what the heck right, might as well be all hot and sweaty and sticky. Met the boyfriend outside along Napier Rd, raced to the overhead bridge, raced on the overhead bridge and then raced again to the bus stop.

Wanted to go Dempsey and explore and eat Samy's Curry Rest but never mind, anniversary la eh.
