pizza hut at tamp mall do have very satisfactory service. I argued with the boyfriend because he said that he sees me as an unreasonable customer and it will get worse as i grow. First off, I wanted the nice semi cushion table (the ones at pizza hut, i bet everybody would fight for those seats). The guy gave us a 2 person table which is very small.

Then when i requested for the semi round seats, he smiled it off and say CANNOT. Then i ask him WHY NOT? He said THAT ONE ONLY FOR 6 PPL. kepala otak dier 6 ppl. I think only 4 ppl can fit in. Then he gave us another seats which was also cushion but its the other one. The normal 4 ppl table, with 2 seats cushion. Whatever la, by then, Zasir was pissed off with my attitude saying that I shouldnt have done that considering I've worked at Pizza hut before and i hate rude and unreasonable custs. K fine, so I forgot about that.

Then came to the ordering part, I swear Zasir waved his hand like 10 times and a few of them saw that but just couldnt be bothered. Finally when the guy came to take the order, face like F***.

So as usual, after ordering I told the guy off, CAN U PLS BRING ME A FEEDBACK FORM AS WELL. Then he stood there for a good 10 secs before saying ERRR OK.

I tot the nightmare would just end there, buddden even the pizza was just as bad. Not the taste but the serving portion. We ordered HALF HAWAIAN AND HALF PEPPERONI. so I think the kitchen or the management make it a point that THERE SHOULD ONLY BE 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN HAM OR PEPPERONI ON EACH SLICE, some only 1 PIECE OF THE PATHETIC MEAT.

haaizzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I've read that some pizzas have shrunk due to the rising food costs, which was in another country, but I didnt think the Singaporeans would be that smart to reduce the meat portion. Maybe we're all just fools, I should have seen it coming. bodo la.

nevermind, i told zasir that Pizza Hut has this Policy about Satisfaction of the Pizzas. IF YOU'RE NOT SATISFIED, YOU CAN HAVE IT RETURNED AND GET A NEW ONE, WHICH IN THIS CASE UNTIL YOU'RE SATISFIED. hehe

So we sat there observing all the staff and made up our own theory of these problem. Maybe the staffs there are too young to know the meaning of SERVICE, what more GOOD SERVICE. These kids work out of school to support themselves for the sake of earning $$$$. Maybe also the management is the root of the problem because there is not much emphasis of the meaning of service or no proper training.

Okla. that sums it up. Im probably gona write a letter to Pizza Hut and tell them. Not because I want revenge of my food but just to let them know. They could have overlooked this matter all these while.
