6:57 PM

There's been a lack of updates mainly because of the project and assignment deadlines. I cannot bring myself spare even the slightest 5 mins to blog except now. Haha

But just an update on my weekends.

Saturday (DAY)

Met up with Mr Nick at Marina Mandarin Hotel to catch up on an interview. Was suppose to be at the lobby by 12 but me and A'tifah came late. So as soon as we arrived, we walked along the entrance to look for him. Then I very smart ass, insists that we wait at the entrance because he told to wait for him at the lobby and this idiot here all along thought where we were standing was the lobby. Then the best friend mentioned that maybe that was not the lobby but I was so stubborn. Haha so we approached one of the men there and he said that the main lobby was on the 4th level.

k my bad ar.

Haha. Then we went up and we saw him sitting there. My heart was racing because I was feeling quite intimidated by the fact that we were going to talk to him and the duration of the talk was far from clear; it could be half an hour or more.

So then he asked if we wanted to have lunch there (at the hotel where there was a buffet of food). I didn't really want because it'll be too formal and expensive. Thankfully he then said he heard about Gluttons Bay and wanted to try it out. Then all of us walked over to the Esplanade to find it all closed. Haha. Then he mentioned about wanting to eat Murtabak. So I told the best friend we could go to Beach Road or Zam Zam, and that girl was whining already.

Finally, we decided to eat at 2HotHalal Cafe which is the only nearest decent Halal Restaurant available there over a nice business lunch meeting. *pulls hair* I seriously see the need for more Islam population out there to venture into F&B restaurants la.

Started the interview and everything went so smooth. He's a verrry nice person. I really salute him la.

The whole interview lasted for about 2 hours.

We went our seperate ways and from there best friend and myself contemplated on whether we should go VivoCity ( it was actually me the whole time who insisted, haha). But we didn't in the end because both of us had different plans that night and we figured there won't be much time.

Had desserts at Andersons.

Window shopped and then went home. I had soo much fun lar.

Saturday (NIGHT)

Zasir came down to Bedok, after his football match in the morning with the ex PRSS guys and the street soccer tournament in the afternoon with his NS Mates. He won 4-1 for the morning match and he and his NS team mates clinched the top prize for the street soccer tournament. But then ar, very what lar. Win $50 only. Hahaha

The main objective of him coming down to meet me was to just collect my N6670 cable. But both of us ended up spending time together with him looking through all my pictures in the laptop and then reading blogs. (da cam Zul jerr)

Then both of us walked to 7 Eleven and bought quite a lot of snacks. Sat there until 11 plus. He ended up missing the last bus home, so much for rushing to catch the bus.

He then cabbed home.

OHH and btw, I was in my pyjamas the whole time.

Sunday

Had a performance in the afternoon at the nearby RC. Zasir came down in the evening and played the PS2 until night. Had dinner and then went home.

:DD
