2:52 AM

NAPFA came and went.

My thighs feel stretched but my body is STILL ok. STILL meaning as I'm writing this entry, the time stated is 2.45 a.m and I have yet to get my sleep. That horrible ache will only come to you once you wake up from your sleep. So as you can see, Í'm trying my very best to not go to bed.

So I passed my 2.4km run which is quite a big achievement for me. I felt like giving up during the run and I was close to tears thinking how I could have just walked away and not do the NAPFA test if I were to fail this last lap. Zasir also told me that he will not talk to me if I failed my 2.4 km. SOME MOTIVATION konon. KEBABAI but it was a real motivation la. Haha

He gave me tips and SO MUCH FOR THOSE USEFUL TIPS eh. One of the very wise tips is not to pant like some crazy woman but to inhale and exhale as long as possible. Right from the begining, I was panting like madness already. Tried to go by his method but I felt shortness of breathe. Forgo it lorr.

The whole test lasted for 4 farking CB hours. I could have spent that time doing other wiser things like CRM assignment, Supply Chain Discussion Questions, Chapter 3/4/5 of Major Project Report and maybe sleep.

Whatever it is, we're over and done with. H A P P Y.

I feel TIGHT la beb. Budden hor, Im craving for Mcdonalds and Gelare Waffles and the Mars chocolate thing at Far East Plaza and I want to have LJS combo 1 with cheese and tartar and coleslaw.

Exercise for 1 day, eat like never eat for 30 days. *sighs*
