I am extremely thrilled to see Singapore when the plane landed. Except for the fact I couldn't even see the ground until it landed due to the bad haze which I am not expecting at all.

Alamak, I tell you, I was grinning from ear to ear as soon as I stepped out into the arrival gates until like now. Haha

I didnt get the chance to kiss the first policeman I saw because he was old and grumpy. But there was another policeman who flirted like mad like oh my god. Because I was too happy, I had no choice but to HEH HEH. OK whatever. I didn't waste any time at Duty Free because no more money. Haha

So when I got down to collect the baggage, I saw the boyfriend from afar already. I was expecting to see the best friend but unfortunately, she could not come but its ok. I ran towards Zasir and hugged him and then we laughed. Haha don't ask me why we laughed but it felt so good.

Flashback to Friday night when we were on our way to Heathrow London Airport. I had to check in by 7 but only arrived at Terminal 3 at 7.30. Because I was flying with British Airways, I had to check in at Terminal 4 unlike Lydiana and Adam who got to check in at Terminal 3 because they were travelling on SQ.

So the journey by shuttle from T3 to T4 was 45 mins to 1 hour and there was no way I could check in on time. Auntie Kim's husband was kind enough to drive me there although he was already late for a dinner with his friends.

As soon as I reached there, I was alone with 2 bags where 1 kept falling down and then I feel embarressed over and over again. Lots of things were clouding my mind like, my baggage weight and my hand luggage weight and the yorkshire pudding that I could not fit into the luggage.

Can you imagine me like that?! I was trembling from start to end. About half an hour later, I went up to the counter and gave the guy my luggage. FORTUNATELY, it was 22.3kg. Max is 23 kg. And another lucky thing was that he did not check my hand luggage weight. I was so relieved because when I weighed it at home, it was 10 kg which is 3 kg overweight.

When I was all ready and excited to get my boarding pass, he had to ruin everything.

"I'm sorry Ma'am. I regret to tell you that I won't be able to hand over the boarding pass to you at the moment because the flight has been overbooked and there are no more seats available on board. If in the worst case scenario that you shall not get onto this flight, we will provide free accomodation at the nearest 5 star Hotel, travel, make sure you'll be looked after well, compensate you 500 pounds and also secure you a place in tomorrows afternoon flight."

I felt like breaking down but at the same time happy. Haha. But then sad again because, Zasir or A'tifah would be waiting for me and then I wont be there. Hahaha imagination run wild la.

The situation got out of hand sooner because more ppl came in with already booked tickets like me and then not able to get on board. There were about 10-12 passengers.

It was 9 pm already and we were all still waiting.

Then 9.25 pm, she called out,

"MISS LATIFF!! I'm terribly sorry but we managed to secure a place for you on flight BA0xx now and the gate will close in 5 mins."

Like wtf??!! Can still joke lar. People want to die they don't know. So I sped off to the gate where I was stopped by about 3-5 hot guys trying to make my life even more miserable.

They asked for my boarding pass and told me, that they need to recheck it since its a last min boarding pass and it looked fake. I seriously had no time to joke but these ppl, o my god.

I ran and luckily not the last one to go through. Heh.

The moment I stepped into the plane and got my seat, I just smiled to myself and said "Alhamdulilah (Thank You God)"
