5:32 PM

I think I shall not post my entries like "Day 1..Day 6.." anymore. It makes me realise that I miss home more than ever.

Seriously, having a 26 days holiday here is a brain wreck. Everything's pretty normal except that it's blardy cold everywhere in the house and your loved ones are thousand miles away. The heater seriously serves no purpose ok. Even the inside of the car is far warmer.

Anyway, I travelled down to Cambridge yesterday, on my own. And with that my aunty sees the potential in sending me off to Paris alone.

Back to Cambridge, the journey itself took 2 whole hours (contrary to what my aunty claimed was only 1 hour) and as soon as I reached there, tried hard not to make myself look like an alien. Searched high and low for University of Cambridge and maybe have a chance to knock some senses into the people who marked my GCE O Level English paper where I got C5.

Looked at the map, and there wasn't any clear state of land which had "UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE". Started getting panic attacks when one Asian face around the corner appeared. Approached her and asked her for directions to the university.

She could have reacted calmly knowing I am a YOUNG tourist. You know how she reacted???

She burst out laughing. Yes, laugh but nt hysterically. She then explained clearly that University of Cambridge is actually made up of Trinity College, Kings College....blablabla. So there is no specific institution which has UNIVERSITY OF CAMBRIDGE sign on it. OMG

I felt like slapping myself hard on the face.

So there are a gazillion colleges in Cambridge, depending on what you're majoring in. Anyway, like I've mentioned before so many times, the buildings here in England looks as if they've been standing since the Vatican period and God knows how many centuries ago that is.

Best friend would die to come here because its very historical ancient cultural artsy fartsy and so on. N I would love to have her here as well. Nvm, Paris or Rome okay??

After touring about 1 hour and a half, I had to leave the place because I needed to get over to Oxford, which is the other end of Cambridge and meaning another 2 hours of travel. So I speeded off to the bus station, and off we were.

Cambridge------>Bedford-------->Milton Keynes-------->Oxford

My aunty lives in Milton Keynes and my cousins boarding school is in Bedford. So on the way there, I texted my aunty asking if there was enough time for me to go to Oxford since I'll prolly reach there around 6, then she said, cannot. Because only idiots would go visit such places after 5. So I am an idiot la.

Reached Milton Keynes, my aunty fetched me and then went home to breakfast.

I called the boyfriend yesterday to wish him Happy 19th Birthday but his phone was not working.

I told him last Saturday to keep his phone on. And I would call him no matter what.

Then today I heard from the best friend that he msged her asking if I had chatted with A'tifah on MSN. I WANNA CRYYYYYYYYY!!!! He was probably waiting for my call to hear my wish to him.
