Hot story just came in . This would only interest Ashikin, Nazneen, Xiu Zhi and Zi Xue. But if anyone else is interested in reading, then do it at your own risk.

The Clinique manager called me up to clarify the whole situation and apologised on the salesperson's behalf. She said she regretted the unpleasant experience we had during our consultation with Jasmine there.

I said it was alright since they have taken some actions or simply investigate into the matter. And she said she would call me up again to inform me when I can get the consulation again and thereafter receive the sample product for skins.

So I was awoken by a call from the manager again this morning today. She asked me when I was free to come down and collect the products. So I said anytime but prefered location would be Tampines. Then I told her again that I wouldn't want to be served by Jasmine but instead I'd prefer Zhi Xuan. So she said she'll arrange Zhi Xuan to call me up personally.

After a while, Zhi Xuan called me and sounded as FUCKING GUILTY AS POSSIBLE saying that I should understand Jasmine's situation because maybe she's dealt with all sorts of customers before and one of the many is

Teenagers who come down to very high end Clinique/Chanel/Biotherm counter for the sake of getting samples.

I was getting pissed off by then because she was obviously defending her colleague's standing which, I by far understand fully, but there is no need to do so as I'm not that stupid enough to not know how to differentiate a good and bad service. And as far as I am concerned, her colleague was providing us with bad service, no doubt about that.

After a while into the talking-defensive issue, she also brought up about how we should understand her and her colleagues WORKING IN A CUSTOMER SALES LINE, it is very stressful.

Not to be braggy here but if she had have used the slightest bit of common sense, she wouldnt have even said that because, up to date, I have f****** worked in an F&B line, sales line and administrative 9-5 job and for a fact that I'm only 19, I f****** obviously can see that your service is POOR.

You see that's the problem with people these days. They like to judge others based on assumptions. They see us spoilt teenagers with nothing to do except going around Chanel/Clinique/Estee Lauder testing around the products or getting the best samples. And for us to even buy that, that's the last thing on that f****** salesperson's mind.

Idiots.

And before I forget Zhi Xuan mentioned this in our convo;

"What I actually want to say is that: It's not like Jasmine is even the single bit affected by all these problems but you've gotten her in trouble."

WTF??!! Go work on your service and also brush that judgement/prejudice/stereotype about teenagers aside la.

For goodness sake, my intention is to get my face cleaned up with the best product in the market, instead, I get shit treatment when I come up to you.

This is very uninspiring.
