I badly want to go to bed but I simply cant. I've been disgnosed with insomnia as prescribed by myself.

I think I'm thinking too much which makes the thoughts run over and over again in my mind and because of that I'm getting all stressed up. In the first place, I don't even know what's running through my mind.
